Documents required for All India Ayurveda PG counselling
The original documents to carry when you join your allotted college, along with attested photocopies, preferably two sets.

Every candidate
- Provisional Allotment Letter issued by AACCC
- AIAPGET Admit Card issued by NTA
- AIAPGET Score Card issued by NTA
- Class 10 pass certificate and marks sheet
- Higher Secondary (Class 12) certificate and marks sheet
- Mark sheets of every BAMS professional examination (1st, 2nd and 3rd, or 1st to 4th, as applicable)
- BAMS degree certificate or provisional degree certificate. The qualification must be recognised by NCISM.
- Twelve-month compulsory rotatory internship completion certificate
- Permanent Registration Certificate at the time the course commences
- Permanent Registration Certificate issued by NCISM, CCIM or the State Ayurveda Board
- Date of birth certificate, if the Class 10 certificate does not show the date of birth
- Eight passport-size photographs, the same as on the AIAPGET and AACCC PG counselling application forms
- One identity proof: PAN card, driving licence, voter ID, passport or Aadhaar card
- Medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner, in the prescribed format (Annexure VI)
- Transfer certificate or college leaving certificate from the institution last attended
If it applies to you
- Disability certificate
- For PwD candidates. It must be in the prescribed format (Annexure I) and issued by one of the designated disability centres (Annexure II) for the 21 benchmark disabilities under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016. A PwD certificate from any other authority or hospital is not accepted.
- SC or ST certificate
- Issued by the competent authority, in English or Hindi, in the Government of India format (Annexure III). The sub-caste must be named and must match the central list for the state.
- OBC-NCL certificate
- Issued by the competent authority on or after 1 April of the admission year (1 April 2025 in the 2025 bulletin), in the Government of India format (Annexure IV). The sub-caste must match the central list of OBCs.
- EWS certificate
- For General-EWS candidates. Issued by the competent authority on or after 1 April of the admission year (1 April 2025 in the 2025 bulletin), in the prescribed format (Annexure V).

Important
Candidates without their original certificates and documents are not allowed to take admission. A letter saying the originals are deposited with another institute, college or university, or colour photocopies of the originals, are not accepted in their place.
