NIA Jaipur Special (External + Internal)
Enter your AIAPGET All India Rank and categories to see the specialities at NIA Jaipur that went to a similar rank, on its external (All India) seats and its internal seats. This is based on last year’s data: the scholars the institute admitted in 2025.
How to read the results
The closing rank is the AIAPGET All India Rank of the last scholar NIA Jaipur admitted to that speciality in that category in 2025. Your rank is compared with it.
- High
- Your rank is at least 20% better than the closing rank.
- Good
- Your rank is within the closing rank, with a smaller margin.
- Borderline
- Your rank is past the closing rank by up to 10% (or 20 ranks).
- Low
- Your rank is past the closing rank by up to 30% (or 60 ranks).
Seats further out than that are not listed.
- External (All India)
- The open seats of the institute, filled by AACCC central counselling from candidates of the whole country, with the usual central reservation.
- NIA Passed Out
- Internal seats for candidates who passed BAMS from NIA itself.
- Dr S.R.R.A.U./UOR/NIA
- Internal seats for candidates who passed BAMS from Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Rajasthan Ayurved University, the University of Rajasthan or NIA.
- In-Service (Dr S.R.R.A.U./UOR)
- Internal seats for in-service candidates who graduated from those two universities.
- In-Service (Other University)
- Internal seats for in-service candidates who graduated from any other university.
Of the 111 scholars admitted, 46 are on external seats, 47 on internal seats, and 18 were admitted without a rank: foreign nationals on a Government of India scholarship, and medical officers nominated by a state or union territory (CGN).
- The categories are named exactly as the institute’s order prints them. Only the ones you tick are counted.
- External: Gen, Gen-EWS, Gen-PWD, OBC, SC, ST. Gen seats are for everyone, so most candidates keep Gen ticked; an OBC, SC or ST candidate ticks their own as well, an EWS candidate Gen-EWS, and a candidate with a disability certificate Gen-PWD.
- Internal: 15 categories in four kinds. Tick “NIA Passed Out” ones if you passed BAMS from NIA, “Dr S.R.R.A.U./UOR/NIA” ones if you passed it from Dr. S.R. Rajasthan Ayurved University, the University of Rajasthan or NIA, and “In-Service” ones if you are an in-service candidate, by the university you graduated from. UR within each is unreserved; OBC, SC, ST and EWS are for candidates of that category.
- The institute sets the exact conditions for its internal seats. Confirm them in its prospectus before counting on one.
If more than one of your categories of the same kind has a seat in a speciality, the one that closed later is shown.
- It is one year of results, not a forecast. Seats, applicants and their preferences change every year.
- Almost every category had one or two seats in a speciality, so a closing rank is often one scholar’s rank. Treat it as a guide.
- It is one moment in the counselling: the scholars admitted when the order was issued on 6 November 2025, after two rounds, as Round 3 began. Later rounds moved some of them; the All India Quota cutoffs on this site show the external seats round by round.
- The order lists a scholar under the category of the seat. It does not say which internal seats stayed vacant.
From an office order of the National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, dated 6 November 2025, naming the 111 scholars admitted to the first year of MD/MS (Ayurveda), department by department, with each one’s AIAPGET rank and category. It was read by eye from photographs of its three pages. Names are not kept.
The external seats could be checked against AACCC’s own Round 2 list: 45 of the 46 scholars hold the same seat there, with the same rank, speciality and category. The other one, rank 116, is under Agad Tantra in the order and under Ayurveda Samhita in AACCC’s lists; the order is followed. The internal seats have no second published source, so those ranks rest on the reading of the photographs. Confirm with nia.nic.in.
